Globular appearance of the anteroinferior labrum, which appears medialized from the glenoid rim, suggestive of a chronic anterior labrum periosteal sleeve avulsion (ALPSA) lesion.

Chondral labral separation is also noted along the posteroinferior labrum, with no traversing tear.
