Glenolabral articular disruption (GLAD) lesion is present along the posteroinferior glenoid at the 7 to 8 o'clock position, with an associated posterior paralabral cyst.Incidentally noted Buford complex labral variant with diminutive appearance of the anterior labrum and thickened middle glenohumeral ligament.
A joint body is present in the subscapular recess.
