There is a tear of the posterior labrum, extending superior to inferior, with an associated focal full thickness chondral defect and chondral labral separation.

Linear low T1 signal traverses the posterior glenoid in the region of the above described chondral labral separation with absence of associated bone marrow edema, compatible with a remote nondisplaced bony Bankart lesion. A region of irregularity along the anteromedial humeral head may reflect the corresponding remote reverse Hill-Sachs lesion.

An incomplete tear of the anterior labrum is also present.
