Sequela of remote anterior shoulder dislocation with a small, non-enganging Hill-Sachs impaction lesion along the posterolateral humeral head.
There is detachment of the anteroinferior labrum with likely stripping of the periosteum inferiorly. A small focal cartilage defect is present along the anteroinferior glenoid, compatible with a GLAD lesion. Mild undersurface fraying of the superior labrum is also noted.
