Findings compatible with a reverse bony Bankart lesion with posttraumatic deformity of the posteroinferior glenoid, posteroinferior chondrolabral separation, and adjacent chondral fissuring along the posterior glenoid.

The anterosuperior labrum is diminutive, which may be congenital or posttraumatic. A few low signal foci are present in the adjacent subscapular recess, which may reflect synovitis or possibly labral fragments.
