Tear of the posterosuperior labrum, which extends to the posterior labrum where there is associated stripping of the periosteum most evident on the included ABER sequence, compatible with a POLPSA lesion.

A shallow tear of the anteroinferior labrum is also present.

Smooth linear high signal undercuts the superior labrum following the curve of the glenoid cartilage, likely representing a superior labral recess.
