Note the sequela of prior anterior glenohumeral joint dislocation with an associated large engaging Hill-Sachs deformity along the posterolateral humeral head.

There is a tear of the superior labrum near the insertion of the biceps anchor, which extends anteriorly with associated detachment of the anterior labrum with stripping of the adjacent periosteum. These findings are consistent with a SLAP tear with associated Perthes lesion.

Also note rounding of the posterior glenoid with relative hypertrophy of the posterior labrum, suggestive of background mild glenoid dysplasia.  There is a suspected superimposed tear of the posteroinferior labrum.
