Sequela of prior anterior glenohumeral joint dislocation with an associated Hill-Sachs impaction lesion along the posterolateral humeral head.

Extensive labral injury is evident with tearing of the superior, anterior, inferior, and posteroinferior labrum. There is associated periosteal stripping anteriorly, compatible with a Perthes lesion, without evidence of a bony component.
