Nondisplaced fracture of the anterosuperior humeral head with a T1 hypointense fracture line extending to the humeral metaphysis with surrounding marrow edema. There is associated mild cortical impaction injury, consistent with a reverse Hill-Sachs lesion. There is mild posttraumatic deformity of the posteroinferior glenoid, consistent with a reverse bony Bankart lesion.There is detachment of the posterior labrum with distruption of the posteroinferior labrum and associated partial stripping of the adjacent periosteum. A sublabral foramen is incidentally noted.
