Impaction injury along the posterolateral humeral head, compatible with a Hill-Sachs lesion in the setting of prior anterior shoulder dislocation.

Thickening and/or scarring of the anteroinferior labrum, likely related to prior history of labral injury and repair, with superimposed glenolabral articular distruption (GLAD lesion) anteriorly, extending superior to inferior.

Partial tearing is also noted at the biceps anchor.
