Sequela of prior anterior shoulder dislocation with associated Hill-Sachs lesion along the posterolateral humeral head. There is loss of the normal hypointense cortical signal along the anteroinferior glenoid, compatible with a mild bony Bankart lesion.

There is absence of the anteroinferior labrum. Abnormal morphology of the superior and posterosuperior labrum, compatible with degeneration, with possible superimposed limited tear.

High-grade moderate partial undersurface tear of the distal infraspinatus near the Hill-Sachs lesion.
