Sequela of prior anterior shoulder dislocation with associated Hill-Sachs impaction lesion along the posterolateral humeral head and bony Bankart lesion, involving the anterior glenoid.

The anterior labrum is completely detached and medially displaced with preserved attachment to the glenoid periosteum, compatible with an anterior labrum periosteal sleeve avulsion (ALPSA) lesion.

Attenuated appearance of the anteroinferior capsule with fluid leading into the adjacent soft tissues, compatible with capsular injury.
