Sequela of prior anterior shoulder dislocation with associated engaging Hill-Sachs lesion along the posterolateral humeral head.There is an associated soft tissue Bankart lesion of the anterior labrum with an adjacent chondral defect along the anterior glenoid. Additionally, there is a SLAP tear and focal tear of the posterior labrum.
A minimally displaced fracture of the corocoid process is also present.
