Intact fibular collateral ligament, iliotibial band, and biceps femoris tendon.

Low to moderate grade strain of the popliteus muscle; the tendon appears intact.

Note the torn posterolateral capsule/arcuate ligament, and the edematous and thickened popliteofibular ligament (consistent with sprain/partial tear).

Also note the sprained anterolateral ligament without avulsion fracture (Segond fracture).
