Case 08

Lax appearance and multiple areas of discontinuity of the fibular collateral ligament consistent with high grade partial vs complete tears.

Partial tear of the distal biceps femoris tendon.

Split tearing and probable origin tear of the popliteus tendon with associated strain of the muscle belly.

High grade tear at the origin of the lateral head of the gastrocnemius tendon.

Disruption of the posterolateral corner capsule/arcuate ligament with adjacent leaking joint fluid.

The popliteofibular ligament is not well seen (possibly on the coronal view, not seen at all on the sagittal view).
