Complete tears of the fibular collateral ligament and biceps femoris tendon, with retraction. The iliotibial band is intact.Complete ligamentous avulsion of the anterolateral ligament (without Segond fracture). Note the joint fluid leaking through the capsule defect into the subcutaneous tissues.
Moderate grade strain of the popliteus muscle.
Probable complete tear of the popliteofibular ligament.
