Grade II sprain of the medial collateral ligament, with partial tearing proximally. Also note, there is a complete tear (avulsion) of the femoral attachment of the deep MCL (meniscofemoral ligament).

Partial tearing of the posterior oblique ligament.

Partial tearing of the posterior meniscocapsular junction of the medial meniscus, with associated full thickness tear of the oblique popliteal ligament. Subsequent leakage of joint fluid into the surrounding soft tissues.
