Medial ankle pain in a runner

Overall, there is decreasing medial ankle edema between studies, but with persistent linear increased T2 signal in the PT tendon, c/w tendinitis or longitudinal interstitial tearing.  This has not progressed.  Persistent increased fluid around PT and FHL consistent with tenosynovitis.
