Sequela of prior posterior shoulder dislocation with an associated reverse Hill-Sachs impaction lesion with surrounding edema along the anteromedial humeral head.

Separation of the posteroinferior labrum from the glenoid along with a small portion of cartilage and bone, consistent with a reverse bony Bankart lesion with associated mild reactive edema in the posteroinferior glenoid.

A tear of the anterior capsule is also seen.

Note the incidental sublabral foramen.
