Irregularity is noted along the posteroinferior aspect of the glenoid with an associated step-off along the articular surface, compatible with a remote reverse Bony Bankart lesion.

There is an associated tear of the posterior labrum with an adjacent paralabral cyst that tracts into the spinoglenoid notch. No associated muscle denervation changes are present.  Diffuse tearing of the superior labrum is also evident, extending to involve the anterosuperior labrum with an associated small paralabral cyst.
