Mild posttraumatic deformity of the anterosuperior humeral head and posteroinferior glenoid, compatible with sequela of prior posterior shoulder dislocation.

There is a tear of the posterior labrum, which extends superior to inferior with associated periosteal stripping, consistent with a posterior labroligamentous periosteal sleeve avulsion (POLPSA) injury.

joint body is also noted in the region of the rotator interval.
