Marked posttraumatic deformity of the anteromedial humeral head and posteroinferior glenoid, compatible with chronic reverse Hill-Sachs lesion with associated bony Bankart.There are secondary degenerative changes, including near full-thickness chondral loss along the humeral head and posterior glenoid and large inferiorly directed osteophyte along the inferior humeral head. Large joint bodies are noted in the inferior recess and within the biceps tendon sheath.
