Sequela of prior anterior shoulder dislocation with an associated mild Hill-Sachs deformity along the posterolateral humeral head with minimal adjacent bone marrow edema.There is an associated soft tissue Bankart lesion of the anteroinferior labrum.
Edema is noted within the subscapularis and teres minor muscle bellies, compatible with associated low grade muscle strains.
Irregularity and edema adjacent to the inferior capsule, which may reflect an associated capsular injury versus developing adhesive capsulitis.
