The superomedial bundle appears thickened and of intermediate signal with distal thinning, consistent with acute-on-chronic sprain.Increased signal within the medioplantar oblique bundle consistent with acute sprain.
The inferoplantar longitudinal bundle appears intact.
A small interstitial tear may be present within the posterior tibial tendon, which appears otherwise intact.
