Case 3
Partial tear vs avulsion of the proximal (calcaneal) attachment of the superomedial bundle. The mid and distal fibers appear intact.Normal appearance of the medioplantar oblique bundle. The inferoplantar longitudinal bundle is difficult to see but likely intact.
Of note, the deep fibers of the deltoid ligament are completely torn. There is also partial tearing of the superficial fibers of the deltoid ligament.
