Segond fracture (avulsion fracture of the anterolateral ligament).Mild edema adjacent to the fibular collateral ligament consistent with low grade sprain. The iliotibial band and the biceps femoris tendon appear intact.
The popliteofibular ligament is intact. Mild edema and fluid at the posterolateral capsule and arcuate ligament consistent with sprain.
